• Articles above Rs. 150,000 = 50% advance payment is required to process the order.
• Articles below/under Rs. 150,000 = 100% advance payment is required to process the order.
• All Sales are final.
• No alteration, refund and exchange is possible on ready to wear articles.
• Advance against any bridal / formal / pret order is non-refundable / adjustable.
• Kindly check all details on your order slip. No changes in the design / color / measurements will be possible after 24 hours of placing the order. We appreciate your prompt response to ensure timely processing of your order.
• Full payment is required before the delivery of the article.
• If order not picked up within 12 weeks of the completion of the outfit, management reserves the right to cancel any order
• Charges will be applied on any alteration.
• International shipment will be changed according to the weight of the article.
